Now that this matter has concluded, the person who originally submitted his story has requested it be removed since he is still residing in Dubai and feels in retrospect, that speaking about his experience may impact him negatively.

However, we will take this opportunity to remind you that even if requested to drive a car by a police officer, if you have been drinking any alcohol at all, please inform the officer and do not drive the car.  Deviating from this advice could lead to apprehension and prosecution.
